Constructed with stainless steel components to accommodate Gastronorm (GN) pans, the bain‑marie trolley is essential for hospitality operations that serve multiple portions of the same dish in short periods — institutional catering, hospitals, schools, hotels and catering services.

Designed to keep dishes at optimal serving temperature by immersion in a hot-water bath, ensuring safe and consistent presentation. A range of sizes is available to suit your operational needs.

· Stainless steel bain‑marie, up to 20 cm depth for Gastronorm pans (GN pans sold separately).
